All orders will be sent via a recorded delivery service. Therefore this means that each order will have a tracking number.
All orders that are received before 1.00pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day. However it must be noted that there may be days that some orders may not be dispatched the same day, this may be due to various reasons for example, an event taking place that day. Orders received at weekends will be dispatched the next working day.
If there is a problem with your order, for example an item you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you on the next working day. However we will make it a priority to have the web site updated with the correct stock.
Deliveries are aimed to be made within 1-3 working days or receiving your order unless you have selected next day delivery at an extra cost. All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or other reliable courier services. A signature is required so please ensure that some will be present to provide a signature. However if you are unable to be present a card will be left for you. The card will inform you about the details of collection.
It must be noted that the delivering of goods will be carried out by third party organisations, therefore we cannot guarantee the exact delivery times of each order.

Please see shopping cart at checkout for pricing. However if you require next day delivery please contact us as this will carry a charge. Presentation is very important to us, therefore each order will be delivered to you with the highest standard.
4. Returns Policy
Our aim is for you to be fully satisfied each time you make a purchase from us. We are aware that sometimes you may wish to return items. Below is our returns policy:
Sale purchases and all made to order items are no refundable, exchange only.
In order for you to return some or all of your purchased goods and receive a refund you must be in accordance with the following procedure:
If you wish to return an item then please contact us within 7 days from the date your items were delivered. You must contact us with details of your purchase and the reasons as to why you would like to return the goods.
If we accept your wish to return your goods then we will email you a returns reference number. This number must be clearly marked on the inside and outside of the package that you are returning.
The package must be sent within 7 days of receiving the returns reference number. The package must be sent to 2 Greville Court, High Street, Knowle, Solihull, B93 0LL.
It is vital that all goods must be returned in the condition they were received. They must be unworn and still have the tags attached.
We will not accept goods that have been worn or have the tags removed. Once an order has been received, if it appears that there is a fault with the item or the item is without tags than customers should notify us by email the day they receive the items in order to return and receive a refund if they so wish. It is recommended that you use either a courier service or a recorded-delivery service who will offer proof of delivery. We must receive the goods before we can process a refund. All goods remain the customers responsibility until they have been received back by Celebrity Closet. Please return the item in the same condition and packaging as was sent.
If the above procedure is not carried out correctly and in the time scales given then we reserve the right to refuse returns. We will do our upmost to check each item before sending to you, therefore we will not accept clothes back with signs of wear and tear.
The original delivery cost will not be refunded unless the goods are found to be faulty. We reserve the right to make this decision upon arrival of the returned goods.
If our returns policy is not followed then we reserve the right to refuse returns.
5. Exchanges and Refunds
All exchanges & returns must be received to our office within 14 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to fulfill your exchange request. If your desired replacement item is no longer available we will help you find another item you like, or process a refund if the item falls within our return policy.
Refunds can take up to 30 days to be processed back onto your card.
We are happy to refund or exchange unworn, unaltered items within 14 days of receipt, any time after the 14th day of having your item we are NOT able to process a refund Customers must ensure that all items returned are in the condition in which they were received with their original packaging and tags intact. Please use a secure, insured and tracked delivery service (such as Royal Mail Special Delivery or equivalent), as celebrity closet cannot accept liability for any items not received. Please note that all return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will be able to issue your refund within 30 days of us receiving your Item. For international refunds please mark clearly on your return invoice and outer packaging “Returned goods – No commercial value”. Without this any taxes incur will be your responsibility to pay to your shipper.
Please send your returns and exchanges to: the address clearly printed on our parcels as returns address.
All returns must be received to our office within 14 days of receiving your order. Please choose your shipping method accordingly. FREE SHIPPING orders sent back for a refund will be deducted the charge of standard shipping £6.50.
All sales items are refunded via credit note online.
6. Cancelling Your Order
Although it is not possible for you cancel your order, you are entitled to return your goods and have a refund.
